Self-coaching for youth workers

Changemaker is a skill and self-development training course using the Synergy Method to improve participants’ competences as youth workers in order to become more efficient in their work and life and create their desired impact.

Changemaker – self-coaching for youth workers and young social activists is a project of two training courses using the Synergy Method.

The purpose of the training is to improve your competences as a youth worker in order to become more efficient in your work and life and create your desired impact.

– to improve your skills such as cooperative skills, effective communication, active listening, self-expression
– to experience how to handle unexpected situations, how to improve through competence-focused learning, how to integrate non-formal learning tools in youth work
– to get information on the Erasmus+ program and create the base for future networking and creation of common projects

Eligible countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Turkey and Hungary

Dates: July 10-19, 2016 (excluding travel days)
Venue: Creative Space, Hollókő, Hungary
